  • 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or a similar role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, coordinate, and monitor business relations and development initiatives for dedicated key accounts on a local, regional, and global level.

  • Drive the growth and retention of key accounts by ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with strategic business objectives.

  • Develop and implement business strategies, agree on business plans, and define appropriate measures to achieve performance goals.

  • Direct and manage customer relationships and oversee all business development activities for key accounts.

  • Lead negotiations for sales agreements, general terms and conditions, and overall business volumes.

  • Take accountability for P&L performance, implementing corrective or improvement measures to secure order intake and profitability.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to key accounts.

  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs and expectations.
