Role Description
The role will require retaining existing clients and key customers through the strategic goals set out by the company. The candidate will be responsible to be customer facing and the main point of contact.
Responsibilities
- Conducting needs analysis on an ongoing basis.
- Monitoring pricing, promotions and end user exit-pricing.
- Keeping up to date with pricing in the market.
- Increasing volume of products sold.
- Ad‑hoc ordering of stock.
- Weekly analysis of dispos.
- Continuous monitoring of stock reports: sales/rate of sale/stock status/aged stock.
- Liaison with merchandising companies.
- Promotional planning – space planning PI labels visual displays.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to Directors and Senior Management using key account metrics.
- Upsell and grow assigned channels/retailers.
- Complete Deal Plans for all focus deals with clear execution strategies and complete margin analysis.

Job Duties
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Coordinate with various teams within our organisation so that the customers' expectations are met. (Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams)
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long‑lasting relationships.
- Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist all teams to meet financial targets and growth objectives.
- Be part of the discussion with management with regards to company strategic planning.
- Manage any project given beginning to end – project management.
- Take a clients requirements and assist with plans to meet those requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability in problem‑solving and negotiation.
- Obtain all necessary sign‑offs for all proposals, promos, etc. before communicating these to the customer.
- Review revenue progress pipeline strategic opportunities blockers and next steps as required with Senior Managers / Directors.
- Adhere to all Stingray processes and policies and maintain customer confidentiality at all times.
- Ensure all Stingray brands and corporate values are evident to the customer at all times.
- Understand and adhere to the Stingray Vision and our Values.
- Manage vendor accounts to ensure effective display of products in retail stores.
- Daily checks on implementation of promos / special pricing.
- Ensuring the best possible visual marketing of all Stingray Brands.
- Understand planograms and how to create, implement and maintain.
- Live and comply with the Stingray core beliefs and culture.
