Responsibilities

  • Generate proposals and initiate meetings to discuss services with new and existing clients.
  • Grow revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction levels for assigned portfolios.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through strategic account planning and execution.
  • Discuss client issues on projects and outsourced teams.
  • Generate new business from existing accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Follow through with leads from initial discussion to proposal and closure.
  • Meet agreed key performance indicators and targets.

Purpose of the Role

Drive business growth and strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive business development and strategic account management. You’ll identify and secure new opportunities particularly while deepening existing partnerships to maximise profitability and client satisfaction.

The role covers the full business development cycle, from lead generation to closure, and ensures Psybergate’s market presence and brand are continuously strengthened through strategic, solution-driven engagement.
