• Matric essential
• Relevant qualification in Public Relations or Marketing (advantageous)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing
• Proven client relationship management experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients and estate agents
• Keep clients informed of relevant legal and legislative changes
• Ensure all updated marketing material is prominently displayed in agents offices
• Host and facilitate client functions and internal events
• Provide regular progress reports to clients
• Record all client visits and event attendances on Outlook (link report / call sheet)
• Act as the liaison between the branch and clients
• Ensure compliance with website client reporting requirements
• Demonstrate sound industry knowledge (bonds, transfers, estate agencies)
• Manage projects and coordinate events from inception through to completion
