Duties
  • Develop and implement account growth strategies to maximise revenue from existing clients.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across assigned accounts to expand product and service adoption.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that align with customer needs.

  • Proactively manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure customer retention and revenue stability.

  • Analyse account performance, identify gaps, and create actionable plans to drive growth.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

  • Prepare and present regular performance and pipeline reports to leadership.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business, Sales, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success.
