Minimum Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Matric (post-matric qualification in sales is advantageous)
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in key account management within commercial cleaning / hygiene solutions, preferably within hospitality
  • Proven track record of managing large key accounts
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport

Key Performance Areas :

  • Sales, new business development and key account management
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients
  • Drive strategic upselling / cross-selling of cleaning and hygiene solutions
  • Develop customised hygiene solutions tailored to the client's specific needs and challenges
  • Collaborate with internal operations / technical teams to deliver customised hygiene solutions
  • Analyse client trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices
