Job Title : Junior Account Manager / Partner Relations Officer (PRO)Job Summary : Main Purpose : Serve as the primary point of contact for Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partners.Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure their success and growth within the CSP program.Provide partners with ongoing support and updates on Microsoft products and CSP program enhancements.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate would be goal orientated, task driven and will have a high level of attention to detail and have an acute awareness of timelines .

Key Responsibilities : Onboard new partners to the Microsoft CSP program, ensuring smooth and successful integration.Conduct regular check-ins with partners to assess their needs and provide solutions.Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align partner capabilities with customer needs.Facilitate communication between partners and Microsoft, acting as an advocate for partner interests.Qualifications : MatricTertiary Qualifications (Adv)Proven experience in partner relationship management or channel sales / account management.Strong understanding of Microsoft products and the CSP program (Beneficial)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
