Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, or account management, ideally in iGaming.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone, email, and chat etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with assigned VIP and high-value players.
• Support onboarding of new VIPs to the program.
• Manage communication via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat.
• Execute personalized campaigns and promotions for VIP players.
• Monitor player activity to increase engagement and lifetime value.
• Proactively reach out to players to improve retention.
• Track VIP portfolio performance and report key metrics.
• Provide feedback for improving VIP proposition and performance.
