Adendorff Machinery Mart is seeking a Junior Sales professional for our Boksburg branch. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right tools and machinery while building product knowledge and strong customer relationships.

The role requires basic math, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior stock control experience and teamwork will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math for transactions and inventory counts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory management / stock control.
• Some staff supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, offering expert assistance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and help select tools and machinery.
• Maintain product knowledge to communicate features and benefits.
• Manage stock levels and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
• Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system.
• Assist with promotions and merchandising displays.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth shop operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new products.
