As a Junior TechOps Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the development, deployment, and operation of software systems. You'll collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams to automate and streamline processes, enhance system reliability, and maintain smooth CI / CD pipelines.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Systems Engineering (B.Sc, BE, MSc, MCS).
Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience working with diverse technologies.
At least 1 year of experience in building and managing website content (HTML, CSS).
Basic knowledge of CI / CD processes.
Familiarity with Python and Terraform.
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Exposure to infrastructure management (Linux and AWS services experience is a plus).
Knowledge or experience in observability tools.
Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Participate in user experience design sessions to influence practical, technology‑enabled solutions. Develop web applications (single‑page apps) using Angular (latest) and TypeScript, focusing on internal‑facing solutions. Apply web application security best practices. Monitor systems and applications for availability, performance, and failures. Integrate secured / protected resources into web applications. Build, test, release, and support web applications both on‑premises and in the cloud (AWS).
