Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for system‑related issues across the organization.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft environments (M non‑negotiable).
• Support and administer Windows Server environments.
• Assist with Dell storage systems and backup solutions.
• Monitor and maintain virtual infrastructure using VMware.
• Support Cisco UCS systems and assist with routing and switching.
