As a Junior Consultant, you will support project teams in delivering strategic solutions that enable our clients' success.

This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about problem-solving, eager to learn, and motivated to build a career in management consulting.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting research, data collection, and analysis to support client projects
  • Helping to define problems clearly and contributing to the development of proposed solutions
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and client deliverables with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Supporting senior consultants in conducting assessments of organisational structures, processes, and culture
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative and analytical ideas
  • Collaborating with team members to consolidate findings and synthesise insights
  • Staying informed of industry trends and best practices through research and knowledge-sharing
  • Developing strong communication and client interaction skills in a structured and guided environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent professional services positions, encompassing roles in functional practice management, strategy consulting, or corporate strategy
  • Experience in the telecommunications, financial services, and retail sectors
  • Proficiency in managing and executing projects, ensuring successful delivery and implementation
