DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee overall operation of the restaurant / take‑away
• Ensure quality standards of food and PEDROS Standard Operating Procedures are maintained
• Oversee and manage stock control, purchasing and orders
• Deal with customer complaints and maintain customer service levels of the restaurant / take‑away
• Maximise profitability and meet sales and GP% targets, including motivating staff
• Manage staff including discipline and work rosters
• Work within a team and drive the restaurant / take‑away forward
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Restaurant and Fast‑Food Service experience.
• Minimum 1‑year related experience required
• GAAP / Micros experience and knowledge – advantageous
