DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee overall operation of the restaurant/take‑away.
  • Ensure quality standards of food and Pedros Standard Operating Procedures are maintained.
  • Oversee and manage stock control, purchasing and orders.
  • Deal with customer complaints and maintain customer service levels of the restaurant/take‑away.
  • Maximise profitability and meet sales and GP% targets, including motivating staff.
  • Manage staff, including discipline and work rosters.
  • Work within a team and drive the restaurant/take‑away forward.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Restaurant and Fast‑Food Service experience. Minimum 1‑year related experience required.
  • GAAP/Micros experience and knowledge – advantageous.
  • Management skills.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Customer Service and good verbal communication skills.
