Job Functions

Researching and exploring various options and avenues to expand and maximise ROI through professional and ethical business dealings.

Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the achievement of branch profit and ROI; minimise theft; ensure correct processes for checking in and releasing vehicles are implemented and adhered to; report any deviations and suspicious activities to the manager immediately.
2. Establish internal controls to deliver efficient processes and systems; implement and provide input on current processes and systems; ensure correct and timely preparation for vehicles to be loaded on time and online auction, key availability, starting of vehicles and loading of pictures.
3. Dashboard maintenance: check received‑on‑site vehicles to ensure all vehicles are stocked in; maintain a turnaround time of 24 hours from received on site to stocked‑in status; ensure vehicles received and stocked in via the phone app are successfully uploaded; monitor all on‑site queries and apply correct statuses to received and released vehicles; escalate any discrepancies or problems to management immediately; stand in for Stock Controller duties in the Stock Controller’s absence.
4. Achieve a consistent high quality of work across all areas at all times; assist the Stock Controller with stock‑take lists of vehicles on hand in a timely manner and on dates assigned by management; provide theft incident reports to management immediately.
5. Ensure world‑class customer service at all customer interfaces; action supplier and customer queries immediately to adhere to turnaround time; answer calls and emails immediately.
6. Manage and develop human resources: motivate the team/workforce; ensure necessary training for new processes and systems; submit correct leave forms and time sheets to management in a timely manner.
