Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Design & Layouts: Assist in creating warehouse layouts using AutoCAD or similar tools
  • Warehouse sizing: Support calculations for warehouse sizing based on product profiles
  • Process design: Help design basic process flows for receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch
  • Solution Engineering: Contribute to solution development for client proposals and RFQs
  • Tools & analysis: Learn to use simulation tools like CLASS
  • Productivity & resources: Support analysis of productivity and resource needs
  • Costing & Pricing: Help build costing models for labour, equipment, and infrastructure
  • Pricing collaboration: Collaborate with procurement to gather pricing information
  • Commercial proposals: Assist in preparing commercial proposals and financial projections
  • Stakeholder engagement: Work closely with sales, operations, and implementation teams
  • Meetings & presentations: Participate in internal meetings and client presentations
  • Implementation support: Support solution implementation and improvement initiatives
Who We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Internship or academic project experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Excel, or simulation tools is helpful but not required
  • Strong interest in supply chain and warehouse operations
  • Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn data modeling
  • Clear communication and willingness to present ideas
  • Problem-solving attitude and adaptability
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Bonus Attributes
  • Exposure to WMS or ERP systems
  • Basic understanding of cost modeling or project management
  • Passion for technology, automation, or sustainability in logistics
