POSITION INFO : Responsibilities :

• Monitor and maintain server and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory, GPOs, DHCP, DNS, IIS, and Exchange.
• Support virtual environments (VMware).
• Manage and test backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g. Veeam).
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and performance issues.
• Participate in an after-hours support rotation.

Requirements :

• Relevant degree or diploma in IT or Computer Science.
• Minimum 3 years’ IT experience, with at least 1 year of server management.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, VMware, and backup solutions.
• Exposure to SQL environments and scripting.
• A proactive, analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
