Junior Sales Manager with Automation Experience

Location: Pietermaritzburg (On-site). Salary: R15, per month. Job Type: Full-Time. Not hybrid. Not remote.

IMFORCE is seeking a Junior Sales Manager with strong automation experience to support the growth of our talent acquisition and recruitment business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow the sales pipeline, driving high-value client acquisition and retention.
  • Integrate and optimise CRM systems, telephony systems, and other sales platforms.
  • Build automated workflows across sales and recruitment operations.
  • Assist with ATS setup, optimisation, and automated candidate screening workflows.
  • Collaborate with management to design AI-driven sales processes and recruitment automations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and improve conversion rates across the sales cycle.
  • Contribute to the long-term vision of scaling the sales team and expanding business pipelines.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales management or junior sales leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to automate workflows, implement CRMs, optimise systems, or integrate platforms.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and client relationship management.
  • Tech‑savvy with an interest in AI tools, ATS platforms, and modern recruitment technology.
  • Ability to streamline processes, eliminate manual work, and improve team efficiency.
