Job summary

A leading automotive recruitment firm in Gauteng is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales and manage a sales team. You will be responsible for achieving monthly targets, maintaining showroom standards, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in automotive sales and a proven record of success in sales management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive sales, with at least some exposure to management or team leadership.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Duties & Responsibilities
