Sales Development RepresentativeJob Overview : We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team on a performance-based contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients via cold calling, emails, and social media platforms.
- Generate interest in Client's offering, solutions and schedule site visitations demos.
- Using Sivify as a tool to target leads to improve conversion rate and overall effectiveness for outreach and prospecting.
- Engage and qualify leads by identifying needs and determining solution fit.
- Book discovery or demo meetings for Senior Sales Team.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaign follow-ups and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field (Sales, Marketing, Business, etc.)
- 2 years proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (B2B preferred).
- Fluent in English and written communication skills.
- Own laptop and stable internet connection.
- Currently unemployed or available to start immediately.
- Willing to commute to work three times a week.
Contract Type
3 Month performance-based contract – remuneration is linked to meeting and exceeding set targets. Flexible working arrangements (hybrid).
Additional Information
The candidate will be assigned to report at the client's offices in line with the active account allocation. Remuneration is based on performance; however, Travel allowance will be included. Only leads and meetings converted will be counted towards performance metrics and commission payments.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Number of qualified leads generated per month.
- Number of meetings booked for the sales team.
- Conversion rate from lead to opportunity.
- Timely updates and accuracy of CRM data.
Performance Review
Performance will be reviewed monthly, and continuation of the contract after 3 months will depend on meeting or exceeding the agreed KPIs.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Pest Control Industry Knowledge (Advantageous)
- Ability to explain compliance, health, and safety benefits to clients.
- Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and presentation.
- Self-motivated with a high level of resilience and adaptability for comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (advantageous).
