Responsibilities
  • To provide a professional, efficient, and effective service to support the general functioning of the business
  • Welcome and greet customers
  • Informing customers about sales, promotions, and policies
  • Recommend and display the items to the customers according to their taste and style
  • Maintain the quality of services provided to the customers
  • Maintain friendly and good relations with the customers
  • Manage point-of-sale processes
  • Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
  • Keep up to date with product information
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
