Responsibilities
- To provide a professional, efficient, and effective service to support the general functioning of the business
- Welcome and greet customers
- Informing customers about sales, promotions, and policies
- Recommend and display the items to the customers according to their taste and style
- Maintain the quality of services provided to the customers
- Maintain friendly and good relations with the customers
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
- Keep up to date with product information
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Deal with complaints in a patient and helpful manner
- Provide information and other services such as handling returns of merchandise
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain a fully stocked store
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store
- Receiving, unpacking, and arranging new shipments from suppliers and vendors
- Arranging and labeling goods in the display shelves
- Pricing, labeling, and barcoding when needed
