Duties & Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to candidate placement; source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Engagement: Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process; guide candidates through the interview and offer process, addressing any concerns or questions; maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities; conduct regular market research to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to placements, client satisfaction, and business development; provide regular reports on recruitment activities, business development progress, and market insights.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other recruiters, sales, and marketing teams to share insights and best practices; contribute to the overall success and growth of the recruitment function.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • 2‑3 years of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, including client management and business development.
  • HR qualification will be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
