About Us

We are a fast-growing UK-based cleaning company committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Junior Recruitment Administrator, you’ll be responsible for finding, contacting, and onboarding cleaners across the UK. You’ll work closely with the recruitment team to keep candidate data accurate, manage communications, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact candidates via phone and conduct short interviews.
  • Maintain online candidate records.
  • Keep Excel sheets and records accurate and up to date (data capturing).
  • Manage emails and calendars using Outlook.
  • Provide general admin support to the recruitment team.
  • Answer overflow calls and take detailed messages.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: R5,500 – R7,000 per month (based on experience)
  • 40 days paid leave per year
