Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior Recruiter.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside experienced recruiters while playing a crucial part in the recruitment process.

As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and selection, as well as providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the recruitment team.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist senior recruiters in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
  • Provide administrative support, such as managing emails, scheduling meetings, and preparing recruitment-related documents.
  • Sourcing new clients.
  • Assisting clients in the interview process.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
  • Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and team members.
