They are a small, dynamic team, and are now expanding to include a dedicated remote Talent Sourcer to support their growing practice.

Position Overview

Our Client is hiring a full-time Fully Remote Legal Talent Sourcer / Recruiter to assist their founder in placing attorneys in various roles within top-tier law firms. This role is ideal for someone who loves making connections, enjoys phone-based outreach, and wants to work closely with their founder as their right hand. You’ll be involved in every step of the recruitment process, with training provided to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach to identify and engage attorneys for roles within law firms.
  • Shadow the founder on candidate prep calls, client meetings, and strategy discussions to learn the legal recruiting industry.
  • Schedule interviews, manage follow-ups, and ensure a smooth process for candidates and clients.
  • Develop genuine connections with candidates to understand their career goals and align them with opportunities.
  • Keep candidate and client information organized using our client’s CRM tools.
  • Stay informed about trends in the legal industry to identify top talent and opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, legal, or a phone-based role at a U.S. company.
  • Skills: Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates and clients.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eager to learn and grow in the legal recruiting industry.
  • Must work full-time during New York business hours (10 AM–6 PM EST, Monday–Friday).
  • Reliable high-speed internet, proficiency with remote tools (e.g., Zoom, CRM systems), and a quiet home office setup.
