Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, estimates, and cost plans specifically for shopfitting projects
• Conduct accurate site measurements and verify contractor quantities
• Assist with tender documentation , procurement, and pricing
• Track project costs , variations, and progress claims
• Liaise with shopfitting teams, contractors, suppliers, and project managers
• Maintain detailed project and financial documentation
• Support with compiling progress reports
