This role is ideal for a structured, curious, and driven individual who enjoys coordinating work, solving problems, and turning ideas into execution. In the early phase, the role is project- and execution-focused. Over time, as the individual gains deeper understanding of our products, customers, and operations, the role will evolve into owning and shaping products across the business. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and a clear growth path.

Key Responsibilities (Junior Project Manager Phase)
  • Project Coordination & Execution
  • Track internal projects, tasks, and timelines across teams (technical, support, vendors).
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Identify blockers early and escalate clearly.
  • Maintain project plans, task boards, and status updates.
  • Prepare weekly project status reports for management.
  • Requirements & Documentation

  • Ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution.
  • Maintain basic documentation for projects and internal processes.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Coordinate between support, technical teams, and management.
  • Ensure clear communication and handovers between teams.

  • Product & Customer Exposure
  • Assist in gathering customer feedback and recurring issues from support and operations.
  • Track common requests, complaints, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support internal teams with product-related information and updates.
Growth Path: Transition to Product Manager

Over 6–12 months, the role will gradually expand to include:

  • Owning specific products or product components end-to-end.
  • Helping define product improvements based on customer feedback and operational insights.
  • Supporting product roadmap planning and prioritisation.
  • Working closely with technical and support leadership to improve product quality and usability.
