Junior Project Manager Johannesburg | HybridKula Group is hiring a Junior Project Manager to support our growing international operations.

This role is designed for someone with 2–4 years' experience in project management, sales coordination, or marketing execution, ideally within a fast‑paced or startup environment. You'll run point on sales and marketing projects — keeping initiatives on track, ensuring deliverables are met, and supporting leadership with execution. Beyond sales and marketing, you'll also get exposure to wider business operations, making this a strong launchpad for long‑term growth at Kula.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate lead generation campaigns, outreach initiatives, and events.
  • Track and follow up on sales pipeline activities to keep momentum.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, decks, and client-facing collateral.
  • Monitor performance of campaigns and provide reporting/insights.
  • Create and maintain project plans across departments.
  • Ensure accountability by following up on outstanding.
  • Escalate blockers early and drive timelines forward.
  • Assist with cross‑functional projects across HR, recruitment, and data initiatives.
  • Help refine processes, documentation, and reporting systems.
  • Conduct research to support decision‑making and strategy.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience (project management, operations, sales coordination, or marketing).
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field. (Candidates with other degrees may be considered if they have relevant project management and sales/marketing experience.)
  • Prior experience in a startup, consultancy, or fast‑growth company is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, Microsoft or Google Suite, or project tracking software.
