Job description
Job Specification: Junior Project Manager – Grant Funding

We are a social enterprise that delivers ethical, overseas educational programmes for school and university students. We’re passionate about empowering young people to become global citizens through immersive travel that supports community development in low-income countries. All our programmes are carbon neutral and contribute directly to our charity, the FutureSense Foundation. Our trips are not holidays – they are purpose‑driven journeys that change lives for the students who gain confidence, leadership skills and global awareness, and for the communities we partner with, who benefit from long‑term support.

Through our Further Education (FE) team we work with a wide range of schools and colleges to assist them with accessing funding for their students to undertake short term overseas educational programmes. We provide full support throughout the application process and ongoing project management, ensuring students benefit from impactful and accessible global learning experiences.
