We are seeking an experienced Junior Primary Teacher to join our collaborative teaching team.

This role suits a teacher who loves young children, embraces structure with warmth, and believes learning should be both rigorous and joyful.

Teachers at Skye College also help to implement the Thriveway, a holistic framework that builds the skills, knowledge, and habits learners need to flourish — both now and in the future.

  • Is collaborative and thrives in a vision-driven team.
  • Balances high academic expectations with creativity, care, and clarity.
  • Models Christian values and a growth mindset.
  • Brings curiosity, initiative, and professionalism to every aspect of teaching and learning.

  • Preferred: Experience in Cambridge and/or Montessori environments.
  • Strong IT competence (MS Office) and evidence of using best practices that lead to student mastery.
