Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
• Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, BI, IS, CS, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or Business Management preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience with Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience building dashboards and analysing business data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards.
• Create automated Excel reports and dashboards.
• Analyse operational, financial and service delivery data.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Produce weekly, monthly and executive reports.
• Build interactive Power BI dashboards using Power Query and DAX.
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations.
• Support reporting using SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Outlook and OneDrive.
• Assist with KPI, SLA and productivity reporting.
• Prepare meeting packs, reports and minutes.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.
