Job title: Junior-Mid Graphic Designer

Our internal creative agency is looking to expand their team. Our agency shapes how thousands of students see and engage with our brands across Africa through bold stories, sleek digital experiences, and high-impact print or digital campaigns.

What you need for the job

Core Non-Negotiable:

• Design Fundamentals: Uncompromising mastery of typography, colour theory, grid systems, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Adobe Creative Cloud Mastery: In-depth working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• File Discipline: Neat project files, structured layer management, clear naming conventions, and proper asset exports.
• Education & Experience: Qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Visual Communication, paired with 2–4 years of industry/agency experience.

Advantageous:

• Experience in WordPress and Elementor.
• Experience in mail builder tools like Mailchimp or RGE Studio.

Soft Skills:

• Proactive Collaborator: Strong verbal and visual communication skills to present ideas, unpack briefs constructively, and work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable & Agile: Able to switch focus between diverse brand voices and manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Continuous Learner: Keeps pace with visual trends, tools, and platforms, actively seeking ways to elevate team output.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or something similar.
2-4 Years of working experience in a design or web design field.
