As we continue to expand our team we are seeking a motivated Junior Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join our dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and specification of mechanical systems in buildings including HVAC hot and cold water and ventilation systems.
  • Support the preparation of drawings, schematics and technical documentation using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
  • Perform basic calculations (e.g., heating / cooling loads, duct sizing) with the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as architects, contractors and clients.
  • Help ensure designs meet relevant standards, regulations and sustainability requirements (e.g., CIBSE, BREEAM).
  • Attend site visits and assist in surveying, inspections and reporting where required.
  • Participate in design team meetings and contribute to project coordination.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Interest in building services and sustainable mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, HVAC, Revit, IES or similar) is desirable.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
