The ideal candidate will possess strong administration and planning skills, with the ability to seamlessly coordinate various tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a design background looking to transition into a marketing operations or coordinator role.

Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a key liaison between the Marketing team and clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client needs.
  2. Maintain day-to-day operations, handling client requests, arranging quotes, coordinating deliveries, and managing purchase orders.
  3. Process and ensure payment paperwork is accurate and submitted efficiently, collaborating with the finance department as needed.
  4. Coordinate elements of events, including logistics, scheduling, and ensuring all aspects are executed seamlessly.
  5. Provide support to the design team by handling overflow work, assisting with project coordination, and ensuring timely project delivery.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency in marketing operations.
  7. Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and contribute innovative ideas to improve operational workflows.
  8. Assist in the development and maintenance of project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met consistently.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Strong organizational and planning abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  3. Effective communication skills to liaise between the Marketing team, clients, and other internal departments.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
