A recruitment agency in South Africa is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create and adapt designs for various digital platforms and traditional marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, content creation, and will support the marketing team with events and materials. This role emphasizes brand alignment and visual consistency across all creative outputs.
Develop and adapt designs for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok), ensuring brand alignment and visual consistency.
Design digital marketing materials such as web banners, online adverts, newsletters, email headers, online brochures and presentation templates.
Create traditional marketing collateral including printed banners, posters, flyers and in-store display materials.
Assist with photo editing, retouching and resizing for campaigns and product marketing.
Support website content updates with optimized graphics, content edits and layout recommendations.
Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines, tone and messaging.
Maintain and organize design files, folders and templates within shared storage platforms (such as SharePoint, OneDrive or Google Drive).
Assist with sharing approved design assets with internal teams and distributors when required.
Support the marketing team with the preparation and coordination of branded materials for events, activations and exhibitions.
Provide general support to marketing activities as required, including photography coordination, supplier research, quote requests and campaign reporting support.
