Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, creating, and implementing marketing campaigns
  • Manage and update content on company website and social media platforms
  • Design basic marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, and social media graphics
  • Help coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities
  • Collaborate with sales and operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Track performance metrics of campaigns and provide regular reports
  • Research industry trends and competitor activity to support content creation
  • Maintain the company’s online brand presence, including responding to online enquiries or comments
Minimum Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1 year of experience in a marketing or admin support role (internship included)
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Advantageous
  • Experience with Sage or knowledge of HR / Payroll industry
  • Basic WordPress or website management experience
  • Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns)
