The Setup: Your Hybrid Hustle
  • On‑Site @ a primary school (Westdene): 4 half‑days per week.
  • Remote @ Idea Pioneers: 5 half‑days per week.
  • Total: A standard full‑time work week with a great mix of variety.
Part 1: The School Experience
Mission

Capture the magic and keep the ship sailing. You are the eyes and ears of the school, showcasing our community’s strengths.

Content and Storytelling (The Fun Stuff)
  • Be the Lens: Capture unscripted moments of students and teachers. Comfort around kids is essential.
  • Video Star: Film and edit weekly Reels / TikToks (≈1‑5 minutes).
  • Design Wizardry: Create graphics for events, monthly digital flip‑books and QR codes.
Marketing and Hype (The Growth Stuff)
  • Show us off: Assist with school tours for prospective parents.
  • Spread the word: Compile newsletters, collaborate with local pre‑schools, and promote events.
  • Follow up: Friendly voice handling parent enquiries.
Office Support (The Glue Stuff)
  • Admins and Right Hand: Answer phones, take messages, and support general admin tasks.
  • Community Vibes: Manage suggestion boxes, run surveys, and reply to comments online (≈2 hours/week).
Part 2: The Idea Pioneers Experience
Mission

Digital strategy and agency life—jump into marketing tech and strategy from home.

Social Media Guru
  • Create schedules and post content for our agency accounts.
  • Trend Spotting: Research latest digital trends and recommend applications.
  • Remote Admin: Support the management team with reports, coordination and general admin. You’ll master smart tools.
