My client a marketing agency based in Cape Town is looking for a dynamic and proactive Junior Marketing Account Executive to join their team.

This agency specialises in strategic marketing solutions for shopping centres and the retail property sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in retail marketing, with excellent communication, organisational, and writing skills. The role offers hands-on involvement in campaign execution, events, client liaison, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns across various platforms
  • Assist in creative strategy development
  • Coordinate and manage events, including on-site support
  • Schedule and manage social media content
  • Draft marketing communication and reporting materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
Minimum Requirements
  • Matric (proof to be provided)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a PR or marketing role
  • Diploma in Marketing or Public Relations (advantageous)
  • Experience in shopping centre or retail marketing will be advantageous
