Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Admin, Industrial Eng, Management or related).
• 0–2 years of experience in a relevant field (internships or co-op valued).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and develop consulting skills; able to work on client sites in Polokwane, Limpopo.

• Assist senior consultants in analyzing client business processes and identifying performance gaps.
• Collect and organize data related to operational performance and key metrics.
• Support the development of process maps and documentation.
• Help design and document proposed process improvements.
