Legal Aid South Africa is seeking two Junior K2 Developers to join its Information Systems Department at the National Office in Braamfontein, Johannesburg, on a three-year contract.

The role focuses on automating business processes with K2, developing and maintaining solutions, documenting work, testing, and collaborating with the IS team to handle service requests and incidents. This is ideal for early-career IT professionals seeking structured growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of software development or business process automation experience.
• Exposure to K2 development (SmartForms, Workflows, SmartObjects).
• Experience with Microsoft technologies including SQL Server and SharePoint.
• Understanding of system design and testing processes.

Responsabilités

• Gather and document user requirements for K2-based automation.
• Develop and maintain K2 SmartForms, Workflows, Views, and SmartObjects.
• Create functional specs and basic technical documentation.
• Support testing and log results per Change Management policy.
• Provide basic application support and troubleshoot workflow issues.
• Assist deployments and updates to K2 solutions with guidance.
• Support data analysis and reporting via K2 and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with IS team to manage incidents and service requests.
• Continuously develop technical and business process knowledge.
• Expect extended hours when required.
