Responsibilities

• Install and maintain Wi-Fi and network systems.
• Provide computer software and hardware support.

• Lay network cables and install infrastructure.
• Manage printers and UPS systems.
• Ensure network and computer security.
• Provide remote support.

Minimum requirements

• Reside in Hermanus area (±13km).
• Proven experience in Desktop & Laptop repairs.
• Experience in Microsoft Office.
• Proven experience in networking.
• Valid Code B Drivers license.
• Own reliable transport to work.
• Physically able to work with power tools, on ladders, in confined spaces.
• Willing to occasionally work after hours and on weekends/Public Holidays.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Problem Solving Mindset
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on neat installations that comply with industry standards.
• Able to work alone and in a Team
• CompTia A+ Certified
• Min 3 Years experience in the field
