You will work with senior analysts from anywhere in SA, developing skills in research, data interpretation, and memo preparation, with mentorship and CFA certification support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of financial concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial databases (Bloomberg / Refinitiv) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
