  • Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship or graduate programme experience.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage cross‑functional projects from planning through to delivery.
  • Drive and participate in Kaizen workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyse, interpret, and visualise data to support informed business decisions.
  • Assist with process optimisation, standardisation, and documentation.

Description/Synopsis:

A leading pharmaceutical organisation is offering an exciting opportunity for a Junior Industrial Engineer to launch their career within a dynamic and innovative environment. This role is ideal for a newly qualified graduate or recent intern who is passionate about efficiency, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will be developed into a Business Process Engineer through hands‑on exposure to impactful projects across the business.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BSc / BEng in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) – mandatory
  • Exposure or certification in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or Data Analytics – advantageous
  • Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship or graduate programme experience
  • Exposure to data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar is an advantage
  • Participation in projects or process improvement initiatives during studies will be beneficial
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process‑mapping skills
  • Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement principles
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to BI tools preferred
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams
  • High level of accountability, adaptability, and initiative
