You will work closely with senior engineers and production teams to implement process improvements, gather data, and support the development of new operational strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Support senior engineers in analyzing production data and identifying areas for process improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new manufacturing procedures and workflows.

• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives and kaizen events.
