Kick-start your engineering career as a Junior HVAC Project Manager with a hands‑on role managing real projects in HVAC and environmental systems across industrial sites.

Duties & Responsibilities

Our client is a long‑standing player in the HVAC and environmental systems space specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of industrial and commercial ventilation solutions. They partner with major clients across mining, heavy industry and infrastructure sectors delivering turnkey projects locally and in neighbouring countries. It’s a tight‑knit team that values learning, commitment and results.

You’ll assist in planning and managing HVAC installation projects from design to completion. Duties include coordinating contractors, ensuring compliance with client onboarding requirements, updating project documentation, supervising site work and maintaining quality and safety standards. You’ll report daily progress to head office and clients while learning costing, tendering and other business functions as you grow.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (recent graduate or completing studies)
• Exposure to HVAC systems, mechanical services or industrial project environments
• Strong planning, coordination and communication skills
• Computer literacy across MS Office; AutoCAD or similar design software advantageous
• Willingness to travel and work on‑site for short project periods
