Job summary

Worldwide Positions is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer for its Olivedale-based print operation. You will work on briefs from concept to finished artwork across brochures, flyers, manuals and calendars, ensuring brand consistency and attention to detail.

Ideal candidates hold a graphic design qualification, 1–3 years’ experience in a commercial printing environment, and have solid knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. You will thrive under deadlines in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Must have graphic design qualification or relevant design training.
• 1–3 years' graphic design experience, preferably within a commercial printing, digital printing, litho, signage or large-format printing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience preparing artwork for both digital and lithographic printing.

Responsibilities

• Create artwork and layouts for brochures, flyers, business cards, books, manuals, annual reports, calendars and other marketing collateral.
• Prepare artwork for large-format applications, including banners, posters, pull-up banners, wall graphics and vehicle branding.
• Assist with packaging and specialised print projects.
• Adapt and resize existing artwork for different print formats and specifications.
• Make amendments and artwork corrections efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple projects.
• Work to deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
