Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related qualification in Graphic Design or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing foundational design skills (academic projects are acceptable).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Eagerness to learn and take direction from senior team members.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and print materials under the guidance of senior designers.
• Prepare final layouts for print production, ensuring proper formatting and resolution.
• Help maintain and organize digital assets and design archives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new design concepts and campaigns.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across all design outputs.
• Learn and apply new design techniques and software as required.
