Placements24 is helping a client in Nelspruit recruit a junior graphic designer apprentice to gain hands-on experience across branding, print, and digital media. You will work with seasoned designers, build a portfolio, and learn Adobe Creative Suite basics in a mentored, collaborative environment.

This hybrid role involves in-office collaboration in Nelspruit with remote flexibility, ensuring exposure to real client projects and the chance to grow into a full-time designer.

Qualifications

• Matriculation certificate or equivalent is required.
• A portfolio showcasing basic design skills and creativity.
• Familiarity with fundamental design principles (typography, color theory, layout).
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback.
• Eagerness to learn and develop design skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, commuting to Nelspruit as required.
