Placements24 is seeking a Junior Frontend Developer to join their Mahikeng team. You will build and maintain user interfaces under guidance from senior developers, gaining hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Some frontend internship or professional experience preferred.
• Foundational HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript knowledge.
• Familiarity with a modern JS framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Basic Git version control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Translate design mockups into functional web pages with senior guidance.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure code quality, performance and responsiveness.
• Participate in code reviews and learn from feedback from senior engineers.
• Help troubleshoot and debug frontend issues and document findings.
