A leading fresh produce company in Gauteng is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to strengthen relationships with buyers and producers. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the agricultural sector, along with the necessary certifications. This role requires strong communication skills and a drive to exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales environment, preferably in fresh produce or agricultural sectors.
• Existing buyer and producer network is essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, grow, and maintain strong relationships with buyers and producers.
• Support the Senior Sales Team by managing your own portfolio.
• Build and manage a consistent base of producers for quality sourcing.
